A few nights ago, while I was vacuuming right before putting the kids to bed, Kinley came running down stairs wearing only this:
As you can see, this attire belongs to a stuffed animal from the Bear Factory. She thought it was hilarious that she could fit into them and said, "I wanted to make my dad laugh". She had succeeded but was gently reminded by him that she was not very modest and he asked her to go put some more clothes on.
When she returned, Calum was following her and it was obvious that she had stripped him of his pajama top. She said, "Calum's shirt matched perfectly so he let me borrow it."
They were quick to assist me with the vacuuming by ripping off the attachments and using them as weapons. (To view a loud demonstration of this, click on the clip at the end of this post, but be warned, there is a lot of high-pitched shrieking)
Holy smokes! Even through video, Kinley's shriek made my cats run out of the room:) My kids do this same thing but usually with Tonka trucks instead of vacuum attachments. It's so peaceful...
ReplyDeleteUm... my favorite part of this clip? Abram, seemingly unphased by the shrillness of his daughter. My second favorite part, Calum, seemingly unaffected by the shrieks also...
ReplyDeleteP.S. It's Build-a-Bear, not Bear Factory, silly sister...
Sorry--the UK version of the same store is called Bear Factory.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh--hahaha-- just "stomp stomp stomp stomp stomp SHREEEEIIIK" over and over! hahaha! That just made my night. What a little gem!
ReplyDeleteAhhh-the memories! Love you all!
